Deck Refinishing in Jenks, OK

Homeowners Can Consider

Decks and other exterior wood surfaces are exposed to the elements throughout the year. Sunlight, moisture, foot traffic, and general use can gradually change the appearance of the wood and its existing finish.

Our exterior staining services can be incorporated into deck refinishing Jenks OK projects when appropriate for the surface. Staining can refresh the appearance of exterior wood while highlighting its natural character.

Before work begins, the condition of the wood should be evaluated. Cleaning and preparation may be necessary so the surface is ready for the next stage of the project.

A properly refreshed deck can once again feel like an inviting extension of your outdoor living space.

Pressure Washing to Prepare Exterior Surfaces

Dirt and buildup naturally collect on exterior surfaces. When those surfaces are being prepared for painting or staining, professional cleaning can provide a better starting point for the work that follows.

Pressure washing is one of the services available through Tyler Hoffman Painting LLC. Depending on the project, commercial pressure washing can help prepare business and commercial properties for exterior improvements, while residential pressure washing can remove surface buildup from appropriate areas around the home before painting or staining begins.

Good preparation may not be the first thing people notice about a finished project, but it plays an important role in helping the completed work look clean and polished.

Wood Rot Repair Before Exterior Painting

Damaged wood can become a concern during an exterior painting project. Simply covering deteriorated areas with paint does not address the condition underneath, which is why those surfaces should be evaluated during project preparation.

Tyler Hoffman Painting LLC provides wood rot repair as part of its service offerings. When affected areas are discovered, our team can determine how they relate to the planned painting work.

Addressing these areas before finishing the surrounding surfaces gives the overall project a better foundation and creates a more complete exterior improvement.

Exterior Staining for Wood Features

Exterior wood brings warmth and natural character to a property, but exposure to the outdoors can gradually change its appearance. Staining offers a way to refresh suitable wood surfaces while allowing their natural texture to remain part of the finished look.

Our team provides exterior staining for residential and commercial projects where appropriate. The process begins by looking at the surface and determining what preparation may be necessary before the stain is applied.

From decks to other exterior wood features, professional staining can become an important part of a broader property refresh.

Cabinet Painting for a Fresh Interior Look

Updating cabinets can make a noticeable difference in a kitchen, bathroom, or other interior space without requiring a complete renovation. Tyler Hoffman Painting LLC provides cabinet painting to refresh worn, dated, or faded cabinetry with a clean, updated finish.

Proper preparation is an important part of cabinet painting. Our team evaluates the existing surfaces and completes the necessary preparation before applying the new finish. Whether cabinet painting is part of a larger interior painting project or a focused update, it can help give the room a refreshed and more cohesive appearance.

Tyler's paint crew is very skilled and professional. They were in our home 8 days doing interior painting of walls, doors, ceilings and trim, also removing wall paper. Our 27 year old home looks brand new, even our garage, that is a must see. It's a lot of work to move clothes out but I highly recommend a new white closet for more light. If we ever need anything else painted, this is our company!
Response from the owner:Thank you, Mrs. Golightly for your amazing review! It was a pleasure to paint the interior of your home. We’re looking forward to the next painting project!

Tyler Hoffman is a very easy going person to work with and very personable! Contracts are done electronically and are well organized and different options laid out. Workmanship was exceptional on our 2 story home. They had a team member come out days before to replace any wood rot on our dormers. They then pressure washed the house and let it dry out for 2 days. Then they taped off everything really well, and painted the whole exterior 3 different colors over 3 days time. Did a final walk around and had us point out any minor issues. They fixed those touch ups wonderfully and did not make us feel like we were being nit picky at all. They take pride in their work. Highly recommend.
Response from the owner:Hi, Demo. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!
    Daniel M.
We absolutely loved working with Tyler and his team! Even when we had color problems that were out of their control, the entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and got exactly what we were looking for. Tyler was very present every step of the way, consistently calling to check in and make sure we were happy, and stopping by to check on progress. We LOVE the outcome, and having lived with it for a while now, we are beyond satisfied with the quality. It feels like it is the way our home was always meant to look. Thank you Tyler Hoffman Painting. It was more than a paint job…You helped us feel more at home.
Response from the owner:Hi, Daniel. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!

I hired Tyler Hoffman Painting LLC to paint the exterior of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was trying to get ahead of the rainy spring weather and fluctuating temperatures, so timing was a big concern. I chose Tyler Hoffman Painting based on their strong reviews, and they absolutely lived up to them. Even with the weather constantly changing, Tyler stayed in communication the entire time and kept me updated as we waited for the right window to get started. They first sent someone out to pressure wash my house ahead of time, which was a great step in the process. As soon as the weather cooperated, Tyler and his crew showed up ready to go and got the entire job done in just one day. The crew was professional and efficient from start to finish. They also handled a few minor trim repairs without any issues. The quality of the work was excellent, and they did a thorough job cleaning up afterward. Overall, great communication, great timing, and great quality. I would definitely recommend Tyler Hoffman Painting to anyone looking for exterior work.

Tyler was able to give us a quote quickly based on the photos of our house we uploaded to his office. He met with us, and we were able to go over the scope of the work and paint colors. His crew was fast and efficient. The entire outside, including trim, was completed in a day and a half. Unfortunately, it rained the night the paint was completed and a few spots on the gutter bubbled. After what seemed like 40 days and 40 nights of rain, Tyler sent a man out to repaint the few spots on the gutters. Now everything is perfect. We 100% recommend Tyler Hoffman painting!
Response from the owner:Thanks so much for the awesome exterior painting review! We're thrilled our team could make everything perfect for you.
